Documents Needed To Process Loan Application:

1. Last 2 years W-2’s (if self-employed need last 2 yrs. tax returns and YTD P&L)
2. Copies of paycheck stubs that cover the last 30 days
3. Last two months bank statements on all open accounts
4. Bankruptcy discharge papers, if applicable
5. Divorce decree, if applicable
6. Written explanation on all past delinquent accounts, collections, and judgments

* If this is a refinance transaction, you may receive a discount on closing costs if you can provide a copy of your Title Policy received at time of purchase.
