Types of Loans:
VA
VA loans are guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs under the Home Loan Guaranty Program. These loans are only made to our qualified veterans on approved property, and offer very attractive terms. 100% financing is available.
Conventional
These loans use the property being purchased as collateral. These loans are not insured by the FHA or guaranteed by the VA.
FHA
FHA financing is a government-insured loan program. The Federal Housing Administration provides mortgage insurance on the loans made by FHA-approved lenders. FHA loans require 3½% down payment.
Rural Home
Loans with 100% financing for purchasing single-family housing in approved rural areas. Income restrictions may apply.
Refinance
Obtain a lower interest rate than you currently have on your loan. Perhaps you need a cash-out for debt consolidation, college tuition, kitchen remodel, or taking that dream vacation.
